1. Please clear the cache in System > Cache management
2. Check if you have the default dc_product_id attribute in
Catalog → Manage attribute set. Please see the screenshot attached.
If it is in Unassigned attributes section, please follow the instruction on the screenshot.
3. Check if there is a section for configuring DutyCalculator plug-in in the admin. You can check it in System → Configuration
